🎗️ An Urgent Update on Uthmaan 🎗️ Little Uthmaan continues his brave fight against stage 4 leukemia. 💔 He has recently been experiencing stiffness in his fingers, with pain shooting down to his feet, and is becoming increasingly worried about the bruising on his body. It’s heartbreaking to see him trying to make sense of it all while still fighting so courageously. 😟 The family is also down to the very last of the food parcel we dropped off just three weeks ago.
