Climb the
impossible
for the brave.
At the end of May 2026, Wisani begins a seven-day solo ascent of Kilimanjaro via the Machame route — every metre raising hope for children fighting cancer through the Kids-can Foundation.
One mountain.
365 reasons to climb.
Wisani means "we have heard you" in Tsonga. It's also the promise carried by Wisani Climent Maluleke — a young man from a humble village in Limpopo — to every child on the oncology ward.
At the end of May 2026, Wisani takes on Kilimanjaro alone — seven days up the Machame route to Uhuru Peak at 5,895 m. The goal: R 2 million for 365 children battling cancer — one child for every day of the year.
This is not his first long walk. In 2020 he trekked 410 km to fight period poverty. Now he climbs for safe beds, freshly painted bedroom walls, and nutritious meals — the small dignities that turn hospital rooms into homes and help a child heal.
"From a village to the peak of Africa — for every child who deserves comfort, dignity, and a fighting chance."
